Job Description

This position will report directly to the Senior Director, Membership & Industry Services.

It is open only to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents.


Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Assist in the coordination, and execution of events such as conferences, workshops, networking sessions, and recreational activities.
  2. Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of events.
  3. Adhere to timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
  4. Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations and enhance attendee satisfaction.
  5. Prepare and disseminate meeting agendas, presentations, and other relevant materials as required.
  6. Conduct secondary research and compile reports relating to the hospitality industry.
  7. Undertake other assigned administrative tasks and projects

Job Requirements

  1. A Bachelor’s degree
  2. Possess good command of spoken and written English
  3. Has good interpersonal skills
  4. Possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  5. Detail-oriented
  6. Possess strong organizational skills and able to multi-task
  7. Has the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
