Job Description
This position will report directly to the Senior Director, Membership & Industry Services.
It is open only to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Assist in the coordination, and execution of events such as conferences, workshops, networking sessions, and recreational activities.
- Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Adhere to timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations and enhance attendee satisfaction.
- Prepare and disseminate meeting agendas, presentations, and other relevant materials as required.
- Conduct secondary research and compile reports relating to the hospitality industry.
- Undertake other assigned administrative tasks and projects
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Possess good command of spoken and written English
- Has good interpersonal skills
- Possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented
- Possess strong organizational skills and able to multi-task
- Has the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
