Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assit the GM & HR with administrative duties but not limited to photocopying, filing, data entries ect
- Maintain office documents and records
- Monitor, update of courses for foreign workers
- Verification of invoices from suppliers, contractors etc
- Maintain filing system
- Purchase of air ticket for repatriation of workers
- Manage workers dormitory
- Other ad-hoc duties and initiatives assigned
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma
- Independent, disciplined and able to work under pressure
- Good communication & writing skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with bilingual speaking clients
- At least 2 year experience in administrative
- Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Application
