Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze cash flow, ensure sufficient funds to the company operations as well investment.
- Coordinate and manage bank facilities.
- Liaise with bank, auditor, tax agent, legal etc.
- Prepare and analyze financial P&L, financial forecast, and budget.
- Ensure promptly monthly closing, group consolidation and financial reporting.
- Lead the Singapore tax compliance, ensuring timing and accurate tax submission.
- Ensure statutory compliance requirement are met externally.
- Overseas all entities including SG, HK, and other countries.
- Clearing any backlog when required.
- Other ad-hoc project.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA/CPA/CA will be a plus.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Prior experience as a AFM or Accountant preferred.
- Experience in the financial sector with previous roles such as financial analyst.
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
- Proficient user of accounting software (i.e. SAP, SAGE, etc).
- Strong interpersonal, independent, meticulous, communication and presentation skills.
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
- Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
