Role:
- Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operation
- Ensure smooth completion of the construction project within the specified time-frame, budget and quality and in accordance to the statutory requirements
- Attend all client, consultants, sub-contractors and site meetings
- Liaise closely with consultants, architects, sub-contractors and authorities
- Ensure safer construction activities are implemented on site and corporate WSHE standards are met
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Architecture
- Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a project management role, preferably in landed properties
- Strong project management skills
- Good leadership and organisation skills, with excellent people management skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Excellence analytical ability during project planning and implementation stages in order to minimize risks and overcome potential problems
