Job Responsibilities
- Attend prompt and efficient service to customers’ needs, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
- Handle customer complaints, repairs, servicing and after sales services.
- Monitor and manage inventory, including receiving of stocks and merchandise.
- Share customer feedback with the Retail Store Manager.
Job Requirement
- Minimum GCE 'N' Levels and above
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail or/and customer service preferred
- Possess customer service mindset and ability to engage with people
- Motivated and passionate about delighting our customers
- Able to work rotating shift hours, on weekends and public holiday
- Candidates with no prior working experience may be considered
