As a Human Resources and Administrative Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our dynamic workplace while ensuring top-notch employee experiences.


Key Responsibilities:


HR Management:

  • Lead the entire spectrum of HR functions.
  • Manage end-to-end work pass processes, including applications, renewals, appeals, etc.
  • Oversee monthly payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage employee benefits, including leaves and medical support.
  • Conduct thorough onboarding for new team members.
  • Coordinate the performance appraisal cycle.

Administration:

  • Handle Form IR8A and IR21, NS make-up claims, and government-paid leave claims accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date records for all employees, ensuring compliance.
  • Provide administrative support across office admin and receptionist functions.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc HR & Admin duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold a Degree or Professional Diploma in Human Resources Management.
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in HR & Admin.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Ability to adapt to change and embrace new technologies and processes.

Knowledge and Understanding:

  • Expert understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with compensation and benefits systems.

  • Title and salary will be commensurate with your working experience.
