As a Senior Human Resources & Administrative Executive, you'll contribute to our sustainable vision and ensure a positive employee experience.


Key Responsibilities:


HR Management:

  • Support HR functions under the guidance of the HR Manager.
  • Assist in managing work pass processes, including applications and renewals.
  • Support monthly payroll administration for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits, including leaves and medical support.
  • Support in conducting onboarding for new team members.
  • Assist in coordinating the performance appraisal cycle.

Administration:

  • Handle Form IR8A and IR21, NS make-up claims, and government-paid leave claims accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date records for all employees, ensuring compliance.
  • Provide administrative support across office admin and receptionist functions.
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR & Admin duties and projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold a Degree or Professional Diploma in Human Resources Management.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in HR & Admin.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Adaptability to change and openness to embrace new technologies and processes.

Knowledge and Understanding:

  • Understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with compensation and benefit systems.
