Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
· Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1/2hr lunch break
· Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1/2hr lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
The Services required are set out as follows:
Provide administrative support to the teachers on a project basis. Administrative duties will generally include:
(a) Preparation of teaching resources such as Science experiment items and Art lesson materials etc
(b) In-class support during lessons such as distribution and collection of unused materials, cleaning and packing up after lessons.
(c) Ad-hoc Data Entry and Management
(d) General admin duties such as counter / reception duties and other admin duties etc
(e) Any other related duties assigned by the School Leaders, Admin Manager and/or Reporting Officers
