Main responsibilities:
1. According to the company's strategic requirements, make human resources planning and assist relevant departments in achieving management objectives;
2. Develop and lead the implementation of the company's performance evaluation and compensation system, various leave systems, welfare systems and employee promotion systems
3. Organize recruitment, interviews, and selection of available talents based on the company's development plan and business objectives;
4. Organize the formulation and implementation of annual training plan to improve the key capabilities of middle management and core talents;
5. Stablish an internal communication mechanism, understand employee feedback, and continuously improve employee satisfaction and dedication;
6. Optimize departmental processes and improve team efficiency;
7. Organizational company year-end performance evaluation;
8. Cooperate with MOM to complete various related investigations;
9. Create a positive corporate culture atmosphere, and give feedback to company management.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Diploma or above;
2. Work experience: more than 5 years working experience in human resources; Administrative, legal or financial related work experience is preferred
3. Skill requirements: Possess knowledge of human resources systems, understand salary related laws and regulations, and have practical experience in compensation management is preferred;
4. Other requirements: strong self-drive, quick learning and adaptation ability, good communication and coordination ability, logical, good analysis and problem-solving ability, have the overall view, meticulous and responsible work, have passion, can work under pressure, strong execution.
