Support the IT Governance manager in aligning IT initiatives with strategic objectives, business goals, and compliance requirements. Modernize IT governance practices to enhance compliance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulations and best practices. Coordinate with internal audit teams and serve as a subject matter expert on IT governance principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate governance into IT applications and processes. Manage and maintain workflow in ERP applications (Odoo, SAP, MRI), HRIS-Darwinbox, Microsoft Power BI, and mobile apps.
- Participate in technology assessments, application integrations, and provide technical support. Maintain technical documentation, support audits, and handle additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Science or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience
- Experience with HRIS-Darwinbox, ERP Applications, Microsoft Power BI, and mobile apps
- Proficiency in end-user support, governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry standard
- Analytical mindset for identifying IT risks
- Team player, meticulous, resilient, and able to work independently with good time management skills.
