JOB DESCRIPTION
- Contribute to the day-to-day functioning of the office and ensure the smooth running of administrative processes.
- Provide support in various department-related tasks including handling of correspondence and preparing of documents.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper retention.
- Handling other ad-hoc and general administrative tasks assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum GCE O level and above.
- Having related working experience will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive working attitude and able to interact well with all levels of stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
