Responsibilities
· Responsible in designing code branching strategy for continuous delivery.
· Responsible in setting up agile release train as per scaled agile framework.
· Coach the lean-agile mindset and practices to members of the agile release train, including scrum masters, agile team members and business owners.
· Optimize the flow of work through the agile release train.
· Provide support to product manager prepare for PI Planning and ensure the vision, roadmap and programmed backlogs are ready.
· Support the creation, and relentless improvement, of a continuous delivery pipeline by promoting DevOps practices within the organization.
· Organize and facilitate SAFe programme activities and ceremonies across the team: PI Planning day(s), retrospectives, scrum of scrums to ensure teams are aligned and delivery progress is made.
· Provide support and troubleshoot reported issue to ensure agreed SLAs are met.
Skills/Requirement
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar domain. Related professional/technical qualification will be advantageous.
· Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in delivering and supporting mission critical applications.
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in Scrum Master, experience in Agile deliver, ideally for multiple teams. Preferable an experienced Release Train Engineer with SAFe Release Train Engineer certification.
· Minimum 3 years in leading and managing application support team
· Candidate is expected to possess the following technical competencies:
· front end and back end programming languages (such as VueJS, Typescript, Javascript, HTML5, CSS, Java Spring Boot, Shell scripting, etc.) and platform/framework (such as Cordova, MQ, Kafka, Tanzu Kubernetes, Adobe AEM, etc.).
