Client is an automation manufacturer seeking to hire a 6-month Junior Finance Accountant.
Location: Corporation / Lakeside MRT
Salary: up to $4,000
Work hours: Monday – Friday: 9am to 6pm
Your new role
· Submit invoice and check status of payments.
· Keep LC original document and prepare for document for LC presentation
· Shipment price verification for RA APBC manual shipment form
· Handle cheque & cash receipt from vendor and other departments
· Scan letters / correspondence from IRAS / Singapore Statistics to GFO Shanghai
· prepare reclass entry for Singtel account
· Issue Fixed Assets tags to requester.
· Fill vendor/customer creation form
· Handle letters
· Provide finance advice to staffs
· Handle ad hoc projects such as MES audit, EDB audit, internal audit, special investigation case, external audit
· Sign off Employee Clearance Form for 5014
· Stocktaking for SEA plants (may not require)
· Audit Confirmation for vendors
What you'll need to succeed
· Min 2 years of finance administrative duties
