- Lead entire IT-organization for Continental in Singapore (Lead Division: Automotive) + Thailand and Indonesia
- Manage vendor and supplier such as selection, relationship management, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, risks mitigation, costs controlling and fostering innovation.
- Analyze and consult on business requirements of internal customers within national or international projects
- Drive operational excellence through synergy leverage by collaboration coordination/ supervision of similar activities, projects or IT services running in various IT- and business departments
- Streamline efficient and effective processes and task handling/execution
- Improve satisfaction of customers and stakeholders
- Ensure suppliers' service orientation capability according to ISO 20.000 and/or ITIL framework
- Manage Regional Hubsite (regional IT Infrastructure services) for both Group IT & Automotive IT in Asia
- Spearhead digitalization and standardization of IT tools in the location
- Drive IT with business objectives in developing technology roadmaps, allocating resources, managing risks and engaging stakeholders to ensure that IT initiatives contribute to organizational success.
- Responsible for the strategy execution as well as the operations within the own area of responsibility by setting goals for the respective IT department and working with upper management as well as internal business customers to define and implement concepts according to strategy and stakeholder requests.
- Maintain and ensure security of company information and implementing secure standards for reliable and trustworthy business processes
- Employ active Risk Management in accordance with Automotive IT procedures.
- Know and apply relevant legal requirements from all relevant areas (e.g. compliance, data protection, labour law, cyber-security, ESH)
- Adhere to all standards, processes & guidelines (e.g. Continental's confidentiality policy, Code of Conduct and all other elements in the House of Rules; local and organizational regulations)
- Ensure respective knowledge and application within own team
