Job Description
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing activities according to the marketing calendar, which includes the selection of the event’s theme, distribution channels, and partners
- Work with the Marketing Manager in strategic planning of the social media schedule and content to support the marketing plan and activities
- Work closely with interior designers for marketing content and collateral sources
- Develop impactful content to tell the brand story in an elevated way and distribute this content through the most appropriate channels that allow us to connect to the targeted audience
- Measure the effectiveness and performance of all marketing campaigns against KPIs
- Align marketing activities with the brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred, fresh grads are welcomed
- Knowledge and experience in managing social media and digital marketing is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are preferred in developing effective communication materials
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with required design tools, including Photoshop, Canvas, CapCut, FinalCut
- A knowledge and experience with photography is a plus.
