Human Resource Executive
1. Recruitment: Sourcing, Interviewing and selection
2. Preparing HR documents, i.e. employment contracts, letter typing and recruitment guides
3. Maintaining employee records (Basic Information, ID copies, Birthday, Injection, Bank Information)
4. Updating Attendance / Leave / OT / Late in System databases & Assist in employee payroll's calculation
5. Establishing related company Policies and educate everyone in the company HR Metric / Organizational Chart
6. Keep track in foreign worker visa matter (Annual Basis)
7. Employee Welfares (E.g. Medical Insurance)
8. Organize team building event/ activities
9. Planning employee training schedule
10. Office Administration Matter
11. Interim Work that assigned by Superior
Requirements
1. At least have 2 years experience in this field
2. Positive thinking and Self-motivated
3. Take Initiative
4. Excellent in Communication
