Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop diverse visually engaging marketing collateral (e.g., presentation decks, videos, infographics, etc)
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback.
3. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
4. Analyse and assess performance and generate actionable insights and recommendations.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with high-quality work.
6. Continuously evaluate and improve creative processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or related field.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
3. Strong conceptual thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
5. Demonstrated creativity and a portfolio showcasing examples of past work (presentation decks, videos, infographics, etc.).
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables.
8. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of graphic design principles and tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
2. Familiarity with email marketing / communication platforms (e.g., PoliteMail).
3. Experience working in a corporate or agency environment.
