Job Description:
- Lead and Lead and oversee projects related to ACMV and Cold Room Systems, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.
- Knowledge in designing of air-Conditioning & mechanical ventilation system, refrigeration system & coldroom system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and contractors to achieve project goals within established timelines and budgets.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Provide effective leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Address and resolve project-related challenges and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Interact with clients on a daily basic.
Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma in engineering.
- Work experience within construction industry or similar relevant field.
- Strong leadership, communication skills & time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- SG Class 3 Driving License.
- Language: English, Mandarin.
