About the Role
We are looking for an independent go-getter passionate about project deployment - ensuring the successful delivery of ConcreteAI’s technology in construction projects.
As a key player in driving client success across our network of builders, you will significantly influence the construction process at various sites. This role involves managing daily service delivery and leadership for our managed accounts, reporting directly to the Operation Manager.
Your primary responsibility will be maintaining seamless quality service for our clients by fostering strong relationships with customer headquarters, onsite teams, internal departments, partners, and other stakeholders involved in our delivery process.
Key metrics include customer renewals, system performance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients to deliver quality projects on time, understanding their needs and goals.
- Deploy ConcreteAI systems on customer sites by collaborating with client senior management to establish project objectives, expected outcomes, and timelines.
- Drive retention and growth among key customers by understanding their business needs and supporting their success through targeted onboarding and training.
- Support the sales team as needed by communicating with them or attending customer visits to set expectations or tailor our services to their needs.
- Participate in projects related to business development, product design and testing, software development, manufacturing, or operations.
- Contribute to the knowledge base and act as the voice of the customer internally.
- Own transport (motorbike preferred, compensated) and be resourceful, with some working experience being beneficial.
About You
Key Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting and installation skills
Personal Qualities:
- Willingness to travel regularly within Singapore Construction Sites and occasionally outside Singapore.
- Comfortable in a client-facing, on-construction-site business role.
- Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Confident, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Background in Civil Engineering, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience on construction sites with a strong eagerness to learn about the construction industry.
