Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and attending to customers with a positive and friendly attitude when they arrive for their scheduled appointments
- Managing the appointment booking and room reservations, cashiering, and accurate posting of charges to point of sales systems
- Answering phone calls and maintaining the tidiness of the reception area as well as any other administrative duties which the Company may assign from time to time
- Assisting consultants in the sales of spa service/products where required
