SALES MANAGER

King Fruits @ Amk Pte. Ltd.

#### Position Overview

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and guiding a team of salespeople within a company. They set sales goals, create and execute sales strategies, manage sales performance, and foster client relationships. The Sales Manager also works closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.


#### Key Responsibilities


1. **Sales Strategy and Planning**

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.

- Set sales targets, monitor progress, and adjust tactics as necessary.

- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.


2. **Team Management**

- Recruit, train, and supervise sales staff.

- Assign sales territories, set goals, and evaluate performance.

- Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities to sales team members.


3. **Performance Monitoring**

- Track sales metrics and report on the team’s performance.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.

- Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.


4. **Customer Relationship Management**

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

- Address customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Oversee customer accounts and ensure they are serviced effectively.


5. **Collaboration and Coordination**

- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure aligned goals and strategies.

- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability.

- Participate in cross-functional meetings to address business needs and challenges.


6. **Sales Operations and Administration**

- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales activities.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

- Prepare sales reports and presentations for senior management.


7. **Budgeting and Financial Management**

- Prepare and manage the sales budget.

- Monitor and control expenses to ensure they remain within budget.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to financial planning.


#### Qualifications


- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

#### Reporting Structure


- **Reports to**: Director of Sales or Vice President of Sales

- **Direct Reports**: Sales Representatives, Account Executives, Sales Coordinators
