Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of R&D projects.
· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
· Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
· Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing R&D team.
· Ensure all R&D activities comply with relevant regulatory standards and guidelines.
· Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and reports.
· Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all research activities and findings.
· Drive innovation by identifying and incorporating emerging technologies and methodologies.
· Oversee the transfer of research findings into practical applications and product development.
· Evaluate and implement new tools, techniques, and approaches to enhance research efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Requirements:
· Degree in Science and technology
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
· Candidate with experience in China market is preferable
· Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for R&D activities.
· Strong leadership and team management abilities.
· Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific information clearly and effectively.
· Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive scientific excellence.
· High level of integrity and professionalism.
· Willingness to travel as needed for conferences, meetings, and collaborations.
