Responsibilities:
- Maintenance contract creation and management
- Daily maintenance contract documents reconciliation
- Preparation and processing of invoicing for upfront payment and completed work order.
- Work closely with service sales engineers/service team to support the administrative work on new and renewal contracts and submitted work orders for closing.
- Preparation of daily /monthly reports compilation for manager approval.
- Provide general administrative support to service department as needed.
- Any other duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- 3-5 years’ operation or administrative experience
- Possess good communication skills and positive attitude
- Able to work independently and a team-player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office eg. Excel & outlook
- SAP knowledge is preferred.
