WHAT YOU’LL DO
The bar and front-of-house is your domain and the lifeblood of the business.
You will be responsible :
- For learning the ins and outs of the menu,
- You will take pride in having a restaurant that is spotlessly clean and set up ready to ensure happiness to the waiting crowd. Preparation is important, so ensuring the restaurant and bar are spotlessly clean and ready to operate at its highest level is your responsibility.
While the physical aspect of the job is helping take orders, preparing drinks, and serving food, the main responsibility is creating an atmosphere of joyfulness and enjoyment.
We are looking for crew that can connect with the customer and ensure their needs are met and they feel taken care of.
WHAT YOU NEED
A knack and passion for hospitality and a desire to work to the best of your ability.
A positive attitude and the traits of a team player.
Interest in our offerings; we want you to be excited about what we carry and able to share that excitement with the customers.
Good communication skills, the comfort of chatting with customers, and knowing how to guide a conversation.
