- Position Title: Operations Supervisor
- Working Location: Woodlands (Nearest MRT: Admiralty)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,800 + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the production supervisor to ensure efficient production processes and uphold quality standards as per procedures.
- Identify and promptly resolve production issues like equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or deviations from standard procedures.
- Work with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of issues.
- Foster a positive work environment for teamwork, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Address employee concerns or conflicts professionally for a harmonious workplace.
- Supervise the maintenance department for equipment reliability and uptime maximization.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for specialized maintenance services as needed.
- Evaluate production processes for optimization and efficiency enhancement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts across the production environment.
- Perform ad hoc duties and any other tasks assigned by the company.

- Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years of related experience in food manufacturing industry.
- Able to commit OT as and when needed.
