- Salary Package: Up to $3,700 + AWS + Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Report to and assist the Logistics Manager or Section Manager.
- Coordinate daily warehouse tasks to align with shipping schedules, such as assigning tasks and informing staff of daily shipment needs, managing local and international transport coordination, liaising with relevant parties for efficient deliveries etc.
- Schedule deliveries by overseeing order timelines, stock rotation, and product expiration.
- Handle the recycling of empty containers.
- Issues proper shipping documents (DO, Packing List, Invoice, COA, shipping mark, permit) for each shipment.
- Arrange Marine Insurance for exports and imports of containers.
- Assist in inventory management.
- Document receipt of goods.
- Track and balance warehouse inventory.
- Verify inventory counts.
- Report monthly on container recycling and cargo insurance.
- Keep QMS and EHSMS records updated.
- Provide training to warehouse staff as needed.
- Comply with all EHS and QMS policies.
- Perform additional duties as needed by the manager.

- At least a Diploma in a related discipline, with minimum 2 years of working experience in logistics or warehouse field.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Willing to work outside office hours when required.
- Candidates must be open to assignments on the client’s site as required.
