Work related to product specifications, design, and certification samples of FCBGA products to be manufactured.

• Product Design and Optimization

1. Send, receive, manage, and edit customer data such as design files with substrate layouts and layer stack-up information
2. DRC (Design Rule Check) Implementation, System Registration
3. Implementation of design FMEA based on DRC results and risk extraction and reduction activities (mainly DFM)
4. DFM (Design For Manufacturing) Implementation, Customer Response
5. Product Specification Drawing Creation, Management, and Customer Approval
6. Create, edit, and manage design and manufacturing data (Design data editing includes CAE work for impedance control)
7. Tool Data Creation
8. Creating instructions and data for process checks
9. Product specifications, process flow setup, system registration
10. Summary of setting manufacturing conditions
11. Review of related divisions of prototype development results
12. Summary of quality confirmation results
13. Transfer of production of prototypes

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

1. Create, standardize, and validate input and design guidelines
2. Creating and Standardizing Operation Flow Rules
3. Create and standardize compensation rules

• Roadmap

1. Survey of customer and IC packaging technology trends
2. Creation of a technology and design rule roadmap

• Customer Response

1. Customer response point for technical inquiries

• Infrastructure management

1. CAD/CAM/CAE tool management (working with toolmaker support for defects and contractual relationships)
2. Design Machine Management (Ability to understand processing power and maintain appropriate machine environments)
3. Design Server Administration (Account management and security support)
4. Server management for data transfer (Internal and external account management and security support)
