Guest Experience Manager
Salary: $2600 - $3500 (with AWS)
Location: Bugis MRT
Working Hours: 6 days work week
Day Shift (10am to 10pm or 11am to 10pm) – Spilt shift
Job Descriptions
- Report to the Restaurant Manager on day-to-day operations.
- Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring a delightful dining experience.
- Set up the restaurant meticulously for opening
- Maintain front-of-house cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Extend warm welcomes to arriving guests, fostering a positive dining environment.
- Demonstrate menu expertise to offer informed recommendations and enhance the guest experience.
- Proactively engage with guests to anticipate and fulfill their needs, ensuring exceptional service.
- Conduct quality checks during meals, promptly addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless service flow and timely orders.
- Adhere to food hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
- Address guest complaints with professionalism and discretion, escalating when necessary.
Job Requirement
- At least 3 years of experience in guest relations or a related field.
- Proficient in English with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Assertive and adaptable, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Strong team player with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of cocktails is advantageous.
- Willingness to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Experience in hotel or fine dining concepts will be advantageous.
