Salesforce Technical Solution Test Architect

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage robust teams of Salesforce.com delivery team members, including BAs, Tech Leads, Architects, Developers & QA
2. Design the overall Salesforce architecture, including data model, application design, security model, and integration strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability requirements
3. Deep knowledge and expertise across the Salesforce.com platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.), including experience delivering complex Google Fiber SFDC solutions
4. Provide expert guidance on technical aspects of Salesforce implementation.
5. Lead technical discussions and decisions, providing guidance to development teams on architectural choices, platform limitations, and optimization techniques, fostering a culture of technical excellence
6. Lead end to end delivery of multiple cloud projects
7. Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and recommend solutions.
8. Strong Exposure to SDLC and Agile methodologies
9. Prepare and review requirements Traceability Matrix, Test Metrix, Coverage Metrix, Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Design and Test Execution
10. Strong program management and problem-solving skills
11. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to ensure that the Salesforce solution meets business objectives and regulatory requirements
12. Should be flexible in time and attitude
13. Works independently to manage the whole program and respective stakeholders/ and projects

Mandatory:

1. Degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering or equivalent
2. 8-9 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projects
3. Develop CRM Test Strategy on Sales/Service/Community Cloud Applications
4. Expertise in ANT Integration with Salesforce
5. Expertise in Cloud NetSuite
6. Experience in Salesforce architecture and design
