The job
- Being a Brand Guardian - ensuring the RMHC brand is consistently applied across all channels, both online and offline, and at events.
- Plans and implements overall communications calendar for the year.
- In charge of content development for RMHC's owned channels - social posts on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, as well as collaterals such as Annual Report, and bi-monthly Newsletter.
- Develops materials such as appeal letters and presentations for fundraising and press releases for media when required.
- Tracks campaign performance and provide reports.
- Seeks new and works with existing corporate partners for RMHC to drive fundraising, donations-in-kind and a call for new volunteers.
Requirements and qualities we are looking for
- 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
- Excellent oral or written proficiency in English is a must
- Interpersonal skills and adept at stakeholder management
- Good knowledge in various social media platforms and digital channels
- Able to analyze data for marketing campaigns performance
- A diploma or degree in Marketing or related fields is a plus
