Our client is from Legal Law Industry. They are looking for an Marketing and Events Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar and Email Management: Manage event calendars for Southeast Asia offices and coordinate weekly Asia Events Email with the Hong Kong team.
- Event Planning and Execution: Plan and produce virtual and physical events, handle remote broadcasting, and manage on-demand posting with the APAC and Australia teams.
- Logistics and Vendor Coordination: Research vendors and venues, manage event logistics, and provide onsite support including setup, teardown, and reporting.
- Communication Management: Draft and send event promotion emails using Vuture and maintain distribution lists with the Interaction system.
- Support and Reporting: Track budgets, prepare RSVP and survey reports, and conduct pre and post-event evaluations.
- Marketing and Sponsorship: Coordinate conference participation, manage advertisements, giveaways, and legal publications distribution in Southeast Asia
Requirements:
- Min of 2-3 years event management experience
- Experience with virtual event production and platform/tools
- Experience with email marketing software, website content management systems and HTML a plus.
