Job Responsibilities
- Daily receiving of enquiries with proper recording, assignment to respective personnel, as well as tracking and control via data analysis e.g. lead-quotation ratio, closing ratio etc.
- Keep proper records of equipment test certificates and update data by recording via excel format.
- Mail out test certificates to clients.
- Daily reconciliation of technician's written service reports and record them for data analysis, before distributing to assigned sales personnel to follow up with customers on their respective equipment.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in related field.
- Preferred Proficient communication skills in both written and verbal.
- Preferred interest and passion about engineering to develop competencies in this industry as part of learning curve.
