Sales Executive [Freight Forwarding]
- Working days : Monday - Friday 9am -6pm / Flexi Hours
- Salary : $3200 -$4500 (Subject to Experience)
- Location : Changi
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct reports to the Senior Manager.
- Achieve agreed upon quarterly sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Generate and reach out to customer leads through cold calling, door knocking, digital marketing to establish new market.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
- Work closely with Customer Service and Operations on the execution of customer's quotation and orders.
Job Requirements:
- With Diploma in logistics / supply chain is preferable.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B or B2C sales experience, sales experience in freight forwarding industry will be highly preferred.
- Proficient using Microsoft applications such as Excel, Words, PowerPoint etc.
