Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of civil construction projects, including M&E aspects.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide technical support in the interpretation of drawings, specifications, and other project documents.
- Assist in reviewing and approving M&E designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during construction and propose effective solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet quality standards.
- Implement quality control measures to minimize defects and rework.
- Document and report any deviations from project plans or specifications.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of project activities, including drawings, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any Engineering Field
- At least of 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination and Construction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented with a proactive and problem solving mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in M&E field will be an advantage
