Responsibilities:
- Manage customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Respond to emails in the Customer Care mailbox.
- Handle enquiries from various channels.
- Assist with account-related queries and issues.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- A-Level qualification.
- Experience in the FinTech industry is preferred.
