ServiceNow Developer (12-month contract)
We are recruiting a the above role to augment our team which is currently supporting the ServiceNow platform for our client. You will work with other members of the team to support various initiatives related to ServiceNow development, operations, and administration for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand requirements from business users to and translate to process flow
- Build, unit test, and deploy the solutions, and process flow
- Participate in end-to-end testing of the solutions where relevant
- Update relevant documentations
Requirements
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer at least 3 years of experience in designing and developing business processes on ServiceNow Platform.
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field
- Possess ServiceNow application knowledge and experienced in developing business processes
- Experience on the ServiceNow Platform across multiple applications (ITSM / ITOM / WSD / CSM HRSD / SPM / ITAM) will be advantages.
- Experience with ServiceNow incidents, change, problems, requests, CMDB and knowledge management applications, Employee Centre
- Knowledge of ServiceNow OOTB APIs, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Working knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with tools such as other ServiceNow instances, Okta, JIRA, AWS, SolarWinds, Nexthink, VMWare Workspace One, etc.
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketplace and technology changes pertinent to ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes.
- Working experience with Integration Hub, Automation Engine and App Engine would be an advantage
