Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and protocols for construction projects in accordance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
- Establish inspection criteria, checklists, and acceptance criteria for various stages of construction.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all quality control activities, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective actions taken.
- Prepare and submit quality documentation packages to clients and regulatory agencies as required.
- Prepare monthly analysis and reports on quality issues, trends, and recommendations for improvement to management.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely resolution of quality issues and implementation of corrective actions.
- Participate in project review meetings to discuss quality-related issues, trends, and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing construction activities, including ISO 9001, local building codes, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections of construction activities, including structural, architectural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations to verify compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Perform visual inspections, dimensional checks, and functional testing of construction work to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Identify and document any non-conformities or deficiencies and work with project teams to address them promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering
- At least of 3 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering Industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Able to Read Structural drawing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented with a proactive and problem solving mindset.
- Ability to work with a team
