Job Description:
- To perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair works for machines
- To test, commission and provide support and training to the end-customer
- Replace spare parts and troubleshoot technical issues
- Conduct annual maintenance and service sales
- Maintain proper service records and spare-parts inventory
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec, Diploma in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Min 2 years relevant working experience with strong hands-on technical skills
- Able to read and interpret schematic diagrams
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written) to liaise with China Supplier
- Willingness to work occasional long hours
- Available for occasional overseas travel for training and customer support
