Job Description:
- Posses Clinical Leadership and Guidance to nursing staffs
- Incharge for Staff Management which includes recruitment process for nursing needs
- Overses the daily patient care needs and the wards operations
- Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines, facility policies, and best practices to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care
- Collaborate with different individuals including doctors, nurses, patients, families, support staff
- Provide ongoing education and training to nursing staff to keep them updated on the latest practices, procedures, and protocols
- Ensure staff competency in areas related to patient care, safety, and infection control
- Assist in Budgeting and Resource Management
- Responsible for the documention and reporting process
- Posses strategic leadership in leading the team of nurses to achieve the corporate's objectives
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's preferred)
- Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- Preference will be given to candidates with community nursing experience and a robust clinical background in Hospitals, Transitional Care Facilities, Nursing Homes, or Day Care Centres
- Strong track record of enhancing patient care, operational efficiency, and staff development
- Proven experience in nursing leadership and management roles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with positive work attitude and strong commitment towards service excellence
- Ability to work in a team and in a fast pace environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
