Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Executive to join our client team in the Healthcare Systems department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing healthcare systems, streamlining workflows, and enhancing care delivery. This position involves active collaboration with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful achievement of project objectives, adherence to timelines, and high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:Assist in monitoring project progress, providing regular updates, and preparing status reports.
Coordinate with stakeholders to follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
Document project activities, decisions, and outcomes for accurate record-keeping.
Prepare detailed project reports, highlighting progress, milestones achieved, and lessons learned.
- Change Request Management:Facilitate communication between the build team and requestors regarding Change Requests (CRs).
Track and ensure timely implementation of CRs, addressing any issues that arise.
- Departmental Support:Undertake additional department-specific tasks or responsibilities as needed to support overall operations.
Provide support in optimizing and harmonizing workflows and system designs to enhance care delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any related discipline
- No experience required as training is provided
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role, demonstrating strong organizational and planning skills preferred
- Experience in the healthcare sector and a good understanding of healthcare systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project goals.
