Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm


Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Management: Maintain and update the inventory database to ensure accuracy.
  • Stock Monitoring: Track stock movement to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Product Management: Create and manage product listings in our system.
  • Reporting: Compile inventory-related reports for analysis and decision-making.
  • Customer Transactions: Promptly issue delivery orders (D/O) and invoices to customers.
  • Inventory Transfers: Coordinate smooth stock transfers between locations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse team to manage inventory activities.
  • Financial Duties: Handle accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Professional Certificate/Nitec or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, AR, and AP.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
