Key Responsibilities:
Junior Administrative Role reporting to Operation Manager.
Responsibilities inclusive but not limited to :
- Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback for process improvements.
- Documentation: Document and maintain digital processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of digital processes, making adjustments as needed to achieve continuous improvement.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, managing documentation, data and records, consolidating reports and etc.
Requirements:
- Experience in administrative tasks
- Proven ability to adapt and acquire new skills quickly for digitlised workflows, willing to self learn where lacking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools and technologies is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
