Job Scope
Responsible for the overall running of Accounts, Administration and Human Resource Department.
Admin & Finance
- Responsible for all accounting functions for a group companies (QuickBooks Accounting System)
- Prepare tax computations and liaise with tax agent for filing
- Liaise with external parties such as Auditor, Banks, Corporate Secretary, IRAS and MOM etc
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and other regulatory requirements
- Admin duties, eg. courier arrangements
- Carry out any other works as assigned from time to time
HR
- Prepares payroll, IR8A
- Review the insurance coverage
