Job Description:-
- Process Material Requisitions from sites
- Ensure proper and complete closure of all Materials Requisitions
- Support projects team and contracts dept in sourcing for specify materials and equipment
- Negotiate & secure best prices and payment terms with supplier
- Verify delivery order / invoice quantity and rate with Purchase Order
- Maintain and update the approved supplier list in accordance to company's ISO procedure
- Monitor, maintain and update status and allocation of assets (machinery and equipment)
- Monitor maintenance schedule, servicing, calibration for machinery or equipment
- Monitor and update material, rental price
- Provide administrative support
- Others duties as assigned
Requirement:-
- Diploma / Certificate in Purchasing Management
- Good in communication and negotiation skills
- Min 2 years relevant work experience, preferably in construction field
