The successful candidate will be part of the sales team. You will represent the company to promote and sell our range of inspection, maintenance and monitoring products and contribute towards achieving our sales and growth targets.
The role requires the successful candidate to actively hunt for opportunities in the market as well as to develop close relationship with existing customers, thereby always having a finger on the pulse of the market. The successful candidate will need to collaborate closely both within the team and with external stakeholders (customers and principals) to identify and deliver the most suitable product and/or solution to the customer.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience, consisting of a fixed basic salary along with attractive sales commission and transport allowance.
Responsibilities
- To establish strong network and build close rapport with key decision makers and end-users.
- Highly motivated and results-driven in achieving sales target.
- Prospect, develop and drive sales plan.
- Manage sales strategies to improve market shares and profitability of the business.
- Provides competitor information and market intelligence and assist Sales Manager in the development of relevant sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- An enthusiastic team player who can work independently
- “Hunter” instincts, positive mind-set and “can-do” attitude
- Diploma/Higher NITEC or equivalent in any discipline, candidates with Engineering/Technical background will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. Candidates with sales experience will be preferred.
- Good spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferably with own vehicle (Class 3/3A)
