Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of accounts.
- Monitoring daily financial transactions.
- Overseeing accounting procedures like billing and invoicing.
- Ensuring that tax processes and other financial activities follow government regulations.
- Recognising and settling inconsistencies in financial records.
- Working with banks, public auditors and other external employees to keep financial records in order.
- Analyzing financial data and providing director with strategic guidance and recommendations on how to reduce costs and to help organization runs proficiently.
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly costing, budgeting, balance sheet, sales statement and statistical reporting for the companies as well as recommendation for improvements of reporting systems.
- Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Preferred Diploma cetificate holder
- Min 3 years and above of relevant working experience
- Hands-on, analytical, accurate and meticulous
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Positive attitude, independent, self-starter, detail oriented, good communication skills, strong team player and able to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Excel will be an added advantage
- Would prefer Mandarin & English speaking candidates.
