Job Summary:
• Salary: Basic $2800 - $3000 + VB
• Time: Monday - Friday (8 am – 5.30 pm)
• Location: Eunos Techpark Singapore 415979
Job Responsibilities:
·Assist in production and project planning to ensure on-time delivery to Customers
·Manage work orders using ERP system
·Release and reschedule work orders according to necessary requirements
·Perform work order variance analysis
·Review MRP execution and ensure accuracy of information
·Perform regular system maintenance and audits to ensure system accuracy
·Responsible for monitoring stock inventory level and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage
·Schedule usage of production materials to ensure optimal production level
·Manage deadlines based on project expectations
·Liaise closely with Purchasing Team, Sales Team and Production Team
· Set goals for Purchasing Team and Production Team
·Supervise Production Schedule closely
·Detect and resolve issues when they arise
·Create status and performance report for Management review
Requirements:
·Diploma in any administration/management field
· At least 3 years of working experience in production planning in electronics manufacturing or semiconductor industry
·Possess knowledge on ERP system, purchasing and supply chain
·Possess knowledge of MRP
·Resourceful and able to work independently
· Good at analysing, problem solving, negotiating and communicating
· Team player
