∙Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer
satisfaction
∙Providing quality technical consultative service and generating specification document to
Architects, Façade Consultants and Contractors
∙Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing with internal teams to develop
better sales strategies
∙Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Requirements
∙GCE “A” level, diploma in business, sales & marketing or related professional qualifications
∙2-3 years proven work experience as a Sales Executive
∙Experience in the building industry an advantage
∙Attention to details, strong organisational and project management skills
∙Ability to work independently
∙Command good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with people
