We are searching for a TWD - Trading Wind Down, Business Analyst to join Finance department in Singapore who shall be responsible for managing and executing analysis activity and documentation within Trade Wind Down project for the Exit Strategy and Exit Cost workstream. The BA will support the Requirements Management, Design, Documentation, and Implementation Management activities during project delivery. Excellent analytical skills and ability to break down complex problems are essential.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Supports the Delivery of Exit Strategy and Exit Cost workstream as part of TWD.
- Supports the information gathering, analysis and documentation of the ‘Current’ state where required.
- Prepares the documentation to be submitted to model validation team for review.
- Coordinates and manage the design and documentation for the project.
- Manages stakeholder expectations and resolves stakeholder conflict.
- Identifies and analyses complex problems involving the wider team; generates feasible and creative solutions considering all aspects and consequences; leads brainstorming meetings to discuss and/or resolve problems.
- Gains a clear understanding of others point of view by listening, asking clarifying questions and reflecting back.
- Articulates or translates complex information in clear, meaningful, and structured way to suit audience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Understanding of regulatory requirements on trading wind down.
- Good knowledge on Exit Cost under TWD framework, and normal bid offer reserve calculation in the Valuation space.
- Advanced business analysis, requirement gathering and documentation techniques.
- Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving ability.
- Functional understanding of XVA, Prudent valuation adjustment, Fair value adjustment.

- Education - Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Finance related domains.
- Professional experiences – business analysis, trading wind down (exit strategy and exit cost), valuation control (valuations, bid offer reserve, PVA, FVA).
