- To keep track all tender documents, drawing and corrigendum base on the document control process.
- To verify the tender drawing/detail and prepare the tender enquiry.
- To assist Superior to call for quotations, selection of qualified subcontractors/vendors and distribute the relevant tender documents.
- Perform quantity take-off for tender projects based on the set time line.
- Assist with tender evaluation and prepare of tender documents for submission.
- Ensure all documentary evidences and contemporary records are properly documented, filed and complied for substantiation purposes.
- Able to read M&E drawings.
- Must have experience in handling Variations and Closure of Final Accounts with Client and Subcontractors
- Assist in subcontract procurement, evaluating, negotiation, selecting competent supplier and subcontractors and to prepare for relevant contract agreement.
- Assist in measure and determine the amounts of work done at any stage of the construction for project budget, cost control, submission to client and financial budget report.
- Check and evaluate the progress claims submitted by the sub-contractors in closely liaison with Project Manager / designated staff on the work done in terms of quantities and quality.
- Carry out contract administration duties.
- Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior / Management deem fit.
